GtS: Supplemental lessons

Each October, the Church remembers and honors the Fathers of the Seventh Ecumenical Council who gathered in the year 787 A.D. The council concluded on October 11, which is the annual commemoration is done on the Sunday closest to October 11. The lessons are available by jurisdiction below, utilizing the translation and traditions of each for young people to engage with the feasts.

Each weekly lesson includes original content:

  • Handouts and activities for students in four grade levels (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12)

  • Study guides for teachers and homeschooling families

  • Parent/family discussion guides with topical questions
